Packing or delivery staff are bound by law to not undertake any installation of electrical fittings. However, upon request laundry appliances such as washing and drying machines, dishwashers, etc can be installed by a hired professional provided there are sufficient plumbing, drainage, and electrical points on their campus.

The packing staff usually delivers packing materials on the first day of your move. However, if you require any materials i.e. cartons for packing your items this can be arranged. It is best if this is requested during the pre-move survey.

Certainly, after your entire household items are delivered there will be an extreme amount of empty boxes and packing material. We will of course remove all unnecessary packing materials from your home on the day.

You must initially point this out to the delivery staff or move coordinator at the time of delivery. We advise that this should be documented and signed by yourself and the staff. You may take photos of any damages that occurred that probably will be required by the insurance company. Do not dispose of the damaged items unless advised by the insurance company or the mover.

We offer specialized vehicle carrier services to transport your vehicles safely from one place to another. We provide door-to-door service in the case of vehicles too.

Our field office will assist you in this process yet the ultimate decision will be yours.

We have specialized cartages for all types of goods. We segregate the things in such a manner that not a single thing will be missing out during the process. We pack and label all the cartages accordingly and make a list of all those for reference.

Not at all. Our rates are very much reasonable and justifiable. Further, our Field Office can address this question much better.

Damages may happen due to unforeseen circumstances like accidents or natural disasters.
